Tierra Umi Wilson aka UMI is a lo-fi neo-soul singer from Seattle, WA. She began writing music at the age of 4 or 5 and plays the guitar, the ukulele, and the piano. She lists her influences as Frank Ocean, Stevie Wonder, Lauryn Hill, and SZA among others. Her music on most streaming services dates back to 2017, with releases of “Happy Again” and “Friendzone.” In 2018, she released the popular track, “Remember Me” and in 2019, she released Love Language - EP. In 2020, UMI signed with RCA's Keep Cool, also home to artists like VanJess and Lucky Daye. Shortly, after the announcement, she released the 6-track, Introspection - EP with favorites “Bet” and “Pretty Girl hi!” at 21-years-old. In her free time, UMI enjoys reading, podcasts, and vegan baking.
