Kaash Paige
Kaash Paige aka D'kyla Paige is the type of artist that is able to land features from 42 Dugg and Isaiah Rashad on the same album and still have it sound like a cohesive project. She has received high praise from artists like Isaiah Rashad and Rico Nasty. The Dallas, TX native says her name stands for “Kill All Arrogance Stop Hatred.” She lists some of her influences as SZA, Mac Miller, Flatbush Zombies, and Paramore. The Def Jam signee released her first project, Parked Car Convos in 2019 at the age of 18. The project’s best track is its opener, “Heartbreaker.”
After releasing a handful of singles, most notably, “Frank Ocean,” Kaash Paige released Teenage Fever in August 2020. In addition to the features from Dugg on “Fake Love” and Rashad on “Problems,” the album also features Don Toliver, ssgkobe, and K Camp. Also notably in 2020, Kaash Paige got a major placement on Don Toliver’s “Euphoria” alongside Travis Scott.
