Jayellz aka Mr. Ice Me Out is a rapper and entrepreneur who built the jewelry company, Zero Below Grillz with less than $1,000 in his bank account. The grill company has grown to currently 6 employees, all under the age of 30. Zero Below has served thousands, including artists like Isaiah Rashad, Lucky Daye, and Tobi Lou, and actors like Jesse Williams and Jaylen Barron. Born and raised in Ontario, Jayellz currently resides in Inland Empire, CA. Growing up, Jayellz listened to artists like Lupe Fiasco, Dipset, Mos Def, and Gucci Mane who influenced him to start making music around the age of 12, along with his brother who was big into music and hip-hop. Today, he continues to be influenced by artists like Westside Gunn and Snoh Aalegra.

Jayellz said he makes music for people to play while they get fly, put makeup on, or make some money. He began releasing projects on SoundCloud around the age of 20 when he released Half Conscious in 2017, a project he titled to be representative of his subject matter - half conscious, half fly. He continued to release four more projects in the next 5 years, all exclusively on SoundCloud. Listening to the projects, you can hear Jayellz take a major step forward on his 2018 album, NEVERGOBROKE, most notably on the song, “Long Time Coming.” Fast forward to 2021 and Jayellz would release Telephone Man on all major streaming platforms. The project sees heights on songs “What It Look Like,” “Take Money (Love Song),” and “Keep Thuggin’.” Other must-listen tracks from Jayellz include “Agh Agh Ah!” and “Sha’carri Richardson.”

In February 2022, Jayellz released the project, Mixed Feelings. The project saw high points on the tracks “Pressure” and “Spark Kent.” He would then return in October with the single, “Tracy Morgan.”
