Inspired by the likes of DJ Quik, Bone Thugs, Kurupt, DMX, and Cypress Hill, Los Angeles rapper, JAHMED dropped his debut project, THEBOOFMOBILE in March 2020. The project's lone feature came from ICECOLDBISHOP on “LIFTMEUP.” The pair have also worked together on Bishop's track, “Bitch Please” the same year, and “Lord (Freestyle)” is 2019. Other high points of the project include “MAZDA” and “TWOTEN,” a track that would later be remixed, featuring D Smoke and Mozzy. A month before his project, JAHMED released, “FIAT,” a key listen in his discography and a track he says he named after his favorite word.

In June 2020, JAHMED hopped on an extended version of the powerful, “Love is Gone” by G-Eazy featuring Drew Love of THEY. In August, he featured on Party Favor’s “ACTUP,” part of the Madden NFL 21 soundtrack, which also featured artists like Smino, Anderson .Paak, Childish Major, and HDBeenDope. In September 2020, JAHMED released “GLIMPSE” featuring Freddie Gibbs, the first song off his EP, ARMANI. He closed off the year with “Fantano Freestyle.”

In February 2021, JAHMED returned with the next single off ARMANI, “WIPE.” JAHMED would release the full project in March, narrated by Suga Free. Other notable tracks include “USAY” and “ROADBLOCK.” JAHMED took no time off, releasing his next single, “BODYBAG” with ICECOLDBISHOP in August 2021.
